The terms, in plain language.

This is the contract between you and Blind LLC (doing business as SEO Aesthetic). It governs what we deliver, what we charge, how you can cancel, and the limits on what we’re responsible for. The Page-1 performance guarantee in Section 8 is real and refundable when you meet the conditions; the rest is the standard legal framework that lets us run the platform reliably.

SECTION 01

Introduction

By accessing or using SEO Aesthetic (“the Services”) — the website at seoaesthetic.com, the owner dashboards at beta.seoaesthetic.com, the review-collection and photo-upload tools we host on your behalf, our APIs, or any of our paid modules — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

These Terms are between Blind LLC, a limited liability company doing business as SEO Aesthetic, and you (or the business entity you have authority to bind). If you accept on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

SECTION 02

Definitions

Client: You, or the business you represent.
Services: Everything SEO Aesthetic delivers: the public site, dashboards, modules you have purchased, and the tools we host on your behalf.
Modules: The selectable units of paid service — Off-Page Growth (required), Google Business Profile Growth, On-Page Growth, AI Optimization (coming soon), and Website Management. Each has its own monthly price and deliverables. On-Page Growth includes a dedicated SEO expert assigned to your account.
Billing Cycle: The recurring monthly period that begins on the date of your first payment and renews on the same date each month.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Deliverables: Reports, drafted content, citations, optimizations, posts, replies, and other materials we produce for you under your purchased Modules.
Approval: Your explicit approval of a Deliverable, given either per-item in the dashboard or pre-granted via Auto-Approve settings.
Connected Platform: A third-party account you authorize us to access via OAuth — principally Google Business Profile.
Effective Date: The date you first subscribe to a paid Module or otherwise pay for the Services.

SECTION 03

Services we provide

SEO Aesthetic delivers local-SEO services on a modular basis. You select which Modules you want at checkout; Off-Page Growth is required as the data baseline, and you may add any combination of the others.

Services are delivered on a best-effort basis according to professional industry standards. SEO inputs evolve constantly — Google algorithms change, third-party platforms ship new features, your competitors invest in their own marketing — and our strategy evolves accordingly. We document material changes to our methodology on the public methodology page.

SECTION 04

Your account and authority

To use paid Services, you create an account by claiming the business you own or manage, verifying your phone via SMS one-time code, and setting a password (or signing in with Google). By claiming a business, you represent that you are the owner or are authorized by the owner to act on its behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may designate an approver (under Settings → Approver) to act on Deliverables on your behalf; that person’s approvals bind you exactly as your own would.

SECTION 05

Connected platforms

Where a purchased Module requires us to interact with a third-party platform (such as Google Business Profile management), you grant us limited authority via OAuth to read information from, and post content to, that platform on your behalf. This authority is bounded by the specific scopes you grant in the OAuth consent screen at the time of connection.

You may revoke that authority at any time directly through the third-party platform. Revocation cancels any pending Deliverables that depend on platform access and stops future actions, but does not refund fees already invoiced for the current Billing Cycle. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to authorize SEO Aesthetic to act on the connected accounts — for example, that you are the verified owner of the Google Business Profile.

SECTION 06

AI-generated content

SEO Aesthetic uses AI models (principally OpenAI and Google Gemini) to draft posts, review replies, FAQ answers, monthly report narratives, and similar content against your business’s data and your selected brand voice. AI drafts are subject to review and approval before publication by default. You may opt to auto-approve specific content types in your settings, in which case those drafts ship to the connected platform without per-item review.

Regardless of which mode you choose, the published output is your published output. You remain responsible for ensuring the content is accurate, legal, and consistent with your brand — including content auto-approved on your behalf. We log every draft and every approval for auditability. You may opt out of auto-approve at any time from Settings.

SECTION 07

Payment terms

Subscription billing

Modules are billed monthly as recurring subscriptions via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the same date each month for the total of your selected Modules (plus the location-based surcharge, where it applies — see below). You will see itemized totals at checkout and on every invoice.

Major-metro surcharge

Businesses located in a metropolitan statistical area with population over one million are charged a 25% surcharge on top of the Module subtotal, reflecting the higher cost and difficulty of ranking in those markets. The surcharge is displayed transparently before checkout and on every invoice.

Payment failures

If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If payment is not received within a reasonable retry window, we may suspend Services until payment is current. Suspension does not pause billing or extend the Performance Guarantee timeline described in Section 8.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly described in Section 8 (Performance Guarantee). Setup fees, third-party costs we pass through (vendor credits, paid placements, etc.), and add-ons are non-refundable in all cases.

Price changes

We may adjust Module prices on at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next Billing Cycle following notice; you may cancel before that cycle if you do not accept the new price.

SECTION 08

Performance guarantee

For Clients who purchase the Off-Page Growth Module (the required baseline) and meet the conditions below, SEO Aesthetic guarantees Page-1 ranking on Google Search (organic results) or in the Google Maps / Google Business Profile Local Pack within three (3) consecutive months of the Effective Date for the agreed Eligible Keywords. If we do not achieve this, you are eligible for a full refund of the recurring Module fees for the covered campaign, as described below.

Eligible keywords

The keywords covered by this guarantee must:

Be explicitly agreed in writing prior to the start of Services (during onboarding, in a signed proposal, or via documented email confirmation).
Be commercially relevant, location-based search terms tied to your business.
Exclude brand-only keywords (queries that include your business name).
Exclude informational, blog-style, or research-based queries that do not indicate commercial intent.
Have measurable search visibility as determined by industry-standard tools.

We reserve the right to decline or substitute keywords that are misleading, non-representative, excessively broad, or outside reasonable SEO scope. Any such substitution is documented and confirmed with you before substitution.

What “Page 1” means

For Google Search: positions 1 through 10 in organic results. For Google Maps / GBP: placement in the Local 3-Pack on Google Search, or within the top 10 results on the expanded Maps view.

Rankings are measured from the business’s primary verified location, the agreed target city or service area, and for non-branded queries. Manual searches, personalized results, incognito sessions, and device-specific variations are not used to determine ranking status.

Measurement

Rankings are validated through SEO Aesthetic’s monthly reporting using our standard rank-tracking provider. Temporary fluctuations or short-term volatility do not constitute failure if Page-1 placement is achieved within the three-consecutive-month window. Our reporting tools are the sole source of truth for the purposes of this guarantee.

Client cooperation requirement

The guarantee is contingent on the Client:

Providing required access credentials (Google Business Profile, website, as applicable).
Responding to our requests for input or approval within five (5) Business Days.
Approving content drafts, category changes, and optimizations within the same window.
Not running conflicting third-party SEO services on the same property during the guarantee window.

Delays caused by missing access, incomplete information, or unresponsiveness may pause or reset the three-month guarantee timeline. We will notify you in writing when this happens.

Refund eligibility and process

If Page-1 ranking is not achieved within the three-consecutive-month window and all of the above conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund of the recurring Module fees for the covered campaign. Setup fees, third-party pass-throughs, and non-recurring add-ons are not refundable. To request a refund, email us within 14 Business Days of the end of the guarantee window; we will confirm eligibility and issue the refund within 15 Business Days of confirmation.

Early cancellation forfeits the guarantee

If you cancel before completing three consecutive months of uninterrupted Service, you forfeit eligibility for any performance-based refund.

SECTION 09

Cancellation and termination

All Modules are billed month-to-month unless we’ve separately agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@seoaesthetic.com. Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 Business Days before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge; if notice arrives later, the upcoming Billing Cycle will still be charged and your cancellation takes effect at the end of that cycle.

Any pending or disputed Performance-Guarantee claim must be submitted in writing before your effective cancellation date.

SECTION 10

Suspension of services

We may suspend Services for non-payment, for failure to provide the access or approvals we’ve documented as required, for violation of these Terms, or where required by law. Suspension does not pause billing or extend any guarantee window. We will give you written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where the circumstances allow.

SECTION 11

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Misrepresent ownership of a Google Business Profile or other Connected Platform.
Publish content that violates the terms of any platform we connect to (Google Business Profile policies, etc.) — including but not limited to fake reviews, paid review schemes, or misleading business information.
Engage in spam, phishing, deceptive practices, or any unlawful activity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, our systems, or other users’ data.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach security or authentication measures.
Resell or sublicense the Services without our written agreement.
Use the Services in regulated industries (cannabis, pharmaceuticals, finance) without ensuring all output complies with the laws of the jurisdiction where you operate. You remain solely responsible for that compliance even where SEO Aesthetic offers category-aware compliance tooling.

SECTION 12

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for the relevant Module, Deliverables created specifically for you become your property. SEO Aesthetic retains ownership of its proprietary systems, tools, methodologies, templates, AI prompt libraries, internal frameworks, and the SEO Aesthetic platform itself, including any improvements developed in the course of serving you.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your business name, logo, and public-facing content as needed to deliver the Services — including publishing content you have approved to your Connected Platforms and displaying your business on our public profile pages, leaderboards, and methodology references.

SECTION 13

Confidentiality and data use

Both parties agree to treat non-public information shared in the course of the Services as confidential and to use it only for the purposes of delivering the Services. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used by SEO Aesthetic for internal analytics, product improvement, and editorial use (such as leaderboards and the methodology page). SECTION 14

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly set out in these Terms. We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, profits, conversion rates, or business outcomes, other than the Page-1 ranking guarantee in Section 8.

SEO results depend in part on third-party platforms (Google and others), algorithm updates, competitive dynamics, and factors outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by changes in third-party platform behavior, suspension of your account by a third-party platform, or any other factor outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Aesthetic’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 15

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blind LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claims arising from (a) content you provided or approved for publication on Connected Platforms, (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your misrepresentation of authority over a Connected Platform.

SECTION 16

Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms as our product evolves or as legal requirements change. When we make material changes we will notify account holders by email and post the revised Terms at this URL with an updated “Last revised” date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.

SECTION 17

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Blind LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in that state, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible. You and Blind LLC each waive the right to participate in a class action.
